Parent volunteers are still needed for this special day! Three parents have stepped up. Three more will ensure a successful event. Please call Mrs. Gilbert at 744-6484 if you can assist.
We will need assistance with:
Set-up and Decorations on Monday, Nov. 19th (3:30 -5:00) in SAA Gym
Prep, serving, and/or clean-up on Tuesday, Nov. 20 (any time between 10:00AM – 1:00PM)
Although this is full-day, students may be signed-out for early dismissal by grandparents with a written note from parents to the homeroom teacher.
Please be sure the person checking out your child on Grandparents’ Day is on your Pick-Up List/Student Release Form in the main office.
You do not have to come into the office to add someone to your pick-up list. We can accept an official email from you to Mrs. Gilbert (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the main office.
