Extended Day (Aftercare)
With the Saint Agatha Academy operated Extended Day Enrichment Program, you can expect the same commitment to your child’s enrichment experience as you do with their daily school activities. We are committed to the partnership of providing vibrant learning experiences that include the promotion of the student’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth and well-being. The SAA Extended Day Enrichment Program will include a homework program, healthy snack, and diverse activities to support and challenge each student.
As we collaborate in creating an exceptional opportunity for enrichment activities, I anticipate that you and your child(ren) will have ideas, unique talents, and varied interests. I encourage you to share your interests, as I will explore the opportunity for your child to participate in plentiful and varied activities.

We are requiring that families register their students by Monday, August 15 to help us plan the space and staff needed for the program. The first day of EDEP will be Thursday, August 18.
What is the cost of the EDEP?
For EDEP to maintain guidelines and committed daily attendance, we are offering student(s) two schedule options.

- A Non-Refundable registration fee of $25.00 per child ($40.00 maximum per household) will be billed in FACTS to secure space for your student(s).
- Fees are based on enrollment, not attendance. Charges will be incurred accordingly to the predetermined number of days your student(s) is committed to attend. No adjustments will be made for absences due to illness, snow days, or vacations.
How do I sign up for EDEP?
The registration form will be on www.saintagathaacademy.com under the Current Families tab. We are requiring families register their students(s) by Monday, August 15. This year, we have limited availability. We will be offering registration on a first come first serve basis until all spots are filled.
Am I able to pick up my child early from EDEP?
You may pick up your child early (before but no later than 5:45 P.M.) Please inform anyone picking up your child that a picture ID will be checked. No exceptions will be made. Staff has the right to ask for proper identification and to refuse to release the child if a person is not listed as an approved pick-up on the SAA student release form.
The following rates for late pick-up will apply:
- 1-5 minutes: $5.00
- 6-10 minutes: $10.00
- 11-15 minutes: $15.00
- 15+ minutes: $1/minute and attempt to reach emergency contacts after 15 minutes without contact from parents/guardian. At 7:00 P.M., if no one is available from the emergency list and a parent has made no contact, the local police will be called for the safety of you and your child.

Does the school offer a payment option?
Yes, you will be able to pay the $25/$40 registration fee and make monthly, biannual or annual payments through the e-cashier FACTS system. See the registration form for more information.
