Third grade at Saint Agatha is an all-inclusive classroom. We work on our research skills, design our own power points and complete full research products. We build our cursive writing skills, practice our multiplication skills, geometry, and even some algebra. We raise trout from eggs to fingerlings and hatch chickens in the classroom! This is such an exciting year full of growth where students begin to understand how much they can do when the bar is set high. We do a lot of creative work and have a lot of fun together!

Mrs. Tatiana Hall

Salvete! My name is Mrs. Tatiana Hall, and my husband Jordan and I live in Mount Sterling with our 3 year-old son Cash, who is enrolled in St. Agatha’s Montessori program. We attend Mass at both St. Joseph and St. Patrick, and are very honored to be a part of this special community. I graduated from Colby College, a small liberal arts school in Maine, and double-majored in Anthropology and French Studies. I earned my Master’s in Teaching Elementary Education at the University of the Cumberlands. I am thrilled to be immersed in a Classical school that integrates God, history and all subjects that inspire awe and wonder. Learning is my passion. I love the process from discovery to understanding, and how it can inspire us.^[1] I also love children, and believe in my duty to foster every child’s unique light, teaching the whole-child and modeling with wisdom, kindness, humility and righteousness. It is an absolute privilege as a teacher to be able to help nurture students into the best versions of themselves. I also love walking, hiking or just sitting outside, working out, and being with my family - you can usually find us on weekends snuggled up on the couch reading and playing games. One of my favorite scriptures is Isaiah 41:10: “Fear not, for I am with thee: turn not aside, for I am thy God: I have strengthened thee, and have helped thee, and the right hand of my just one hath upheld thee.” ^[1]From the Latin word spirare meaning “to breathe,” and the word spiritus meaning “spirit.”
